Rd Pharma

RD Pharma is right here in Solan, pretty close to where the Havells Ltd factory is. If you know that area, you know it’s a bit of a hub for businesses and people commuting. Solan is a hilly place, so the weather can change fast, but we’re used to it. We spend our days inside this building making sure everything is in order. It’s not a corporate skyscraper or anything impressive to look at, just a solid place where we do our jobs. We’ve got a small team and everyone knows their role. We don't use a lot of big words or have meetings that last all day. We just get in, see what needs doing, and do it. Being near Havells means there’s always movement around us, which is nice. It keeps things from getting too quiet. The road can get a bit cramped with all the transport vehicles, but we manage. Most of us have been around here for years. We like the fact that we're local. When people call or stop by, they’re talking to someone who actually knows the streets here. We aren’t trying to be the biggest or the loudest. We just want to make sure RD Pharma does what it’s supposed to do every single day. It’s a plain way of working, but it works for us and the people we deal with. It is just a regular local business.
