Sarkar Haspatal

Sarkar Haspatal is right there on the Main Road in Babina Cantt. If you know Jhansi, you know how busy it gets around here with the army area nearby. The building isn't brand new or anything, but it serves its purpose for the folks living in the cantt and the villages close by. We start early because the lines get long fast, and people don't like waiting in the heat. There is a lot of noise from the main road, mostly trucks and motorcycles passing through to Jhansi. Inside, things are usually moving quickly. We have some benches for people to sit on while they wait to be seen. Sometimes the fans don’t work as well as they should, but we keep them running. It’s mostly regular people coming in for everyday health stuff, broken bones, or just feeling under the weather. The staff stays busy cleaning and keeping records on old paper files mostly. We don’t have fancy machines for every little thing, but we manage with what is available. Living and working here in Babina means you see the same faces every week. It’s not a quiet place, but it is where people go when they need a checkup. We try to get through the crowd before the sun goes down, but usually, there are still a few people lingering around.
