Amit Traders

Amit Traders is located right on the Main Road, specifically the Naseerabad Road stretch. It is a busy place because of all the trucks and buses that use this route constantly. The noise is something you just get used to after a week of working here. We mostly deal with trade goods, so there is a lot of heavy lifting involved. Our warehouse space is usually full of stacks that we have to navigate around. It is a dusty environment because of the road, so everything gets a layer of grit on it by the end of the day. We have a small office area where we keep the records and handle the money, but most of the time we are out on the floor or near the loading dock. The sun hits the front of the building hard in the afternoon, making it pretty warm inside. We are not trying to be anything special, just a local trading business that keeps things moving. The guys who work here have been around for a while, so we have a rhythm when a truck arrives to be unloaded. We grab some tea from the stall down the road and just keep at it. It is honest work, even if it is tiring. Sometimes the inventory does not match the sheets and we have to spend hours counting everything again, which is frustrating but that is just how it goes. We stay open until late evening.
