Gupta Surgical Hospital

Our hospital is located down by Narai bandh. It’s been sitting here for a good while, serving the people who live in this area. We focus on surgery, so the atmosphere is a bit different than a regular clinic. People come here when they need procedures done. We have the operating rooms set up and the recovery beds ready for when someone needs to stay overnight. It isn't a flashy place with marble floors or anything like that. We keep it practical. The focus is on the work. The doctors here have been doing this for years, and they don't talk in big complicated terms. They just tell you what needs to happen and get to it. The staff is mostly local people from around Narai bandh. They know the shortcuts and the local landmarks. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to switch to the backup, but that is just part of living and working here. We try to keep things organized, though it can get a bit chaotic when several patients arrive at the same time. We don't spend money on big signs or fancy brochures. We just rely on being here when someone needs surgery. The halls are a bit narrow and the paint might be peeling in a spot or two, but the equipment is what matters. We just keep our heads down and do the surgeries as they come in. It's a straightforward way to run a hospital, and it works for us.
