Azamgarh Auto Parts

Our store is situated in Narauli, right on the Main Road. We are very close to the Roadway Bus Stand, which means there is always a lot of activity right outside our door. It’s a loud area with the buses constantly coming and going, but it brings in a lot of people. We are also near the Christian Church, so people use that as a point of reference to find us. We keep a lot of different auto parts in stock, and the shelves go all the way up to the ceiling. It can be a bit of a task to find things sometimes, especially the smaller items that get tucked away in the back. We spend a lot of time on ladders or digging through crates. The shop gets quite dusty because of the main road, so we are always wiping down the counters. It’s a straightforward operation. We don’t have a fancy computer system for everything; we still use a lot of paper ledgers to keep track of what we have. Most of our customers are bus drivers or local mechanics who need something quickly so they can get back on the road. We open up early and stay open until the last of the crowds thin out in the evening. It’s a busy life, but it’s what we know. We aren't interested in being a big chain. We just like being the local shop where people can find a spare part.
