Urban Rice Industries Private Limited

Our business, Urban Rice Industries Private Limited, is tucked away in Nawabganj at 00 S/O Jamal Akhtar Khanrichola Kifayatulla. It’s a bit of an old-school area, and if you’re coming down here, you’ll see it’s not exactly like the modern city centers. We deal with rice, which is a pretty straightforward thing but involves a lot of dust and heavy lifting. The address can be a little confusing for delivery drivers because of the way the streets are laid out in Richola Kifayatulla. We spend our mornings checking the quality of the grains and making sure the bags are stacked right. It is a lot of physical work, and we don't really have time for anything too fancy. Most of the people working here have been around the rice trade for a long time, so we know what we are looking at. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there; we just want to get the rice processed and sent out to where it needs to go. The office is small and usually smells like dry grain, which I guess is expected. We have a few old desks and some ledgers we keep track of things in. It is a loud place when the machinery is running, so we usually have to shout to hear each other. It’s just a regular local industry doing its thing day after day in Nawabganj without much fuss.
