UHA PROPBUILD PRIVATE LIMITED

Our office for UHA Propbuild Private Limited is just a regular building at House Number 8 in the Shah Nagar Colony. It’s right by ShankerGarh Ki Puliya in the Shahganj area. If you know that part of town, you know it can get pretty lively with people and traffic all day long. We’ve been operating from here for a while, mostly focusing on property and building projects around the neighborhood. We aren't a huge firm with hundreds of employees or anything. It’s just a handful of us who know the local market and how things work around here. We spend a lot of time walking through sites or sitting in the office dealing with the paperwork that never seems to end. Working in Shahganj means we’re close to everything, which is helpful when we need to get things moved quickly. We don't use a lot of big words or complicated plans. Usually, people come to us because they know we’re right here in the colony and they can just knock on the door. It feels more personal that way. We've had our share of long days where things don't go exactly right, but that's just how the building business is. We try to keep our feet on the ground. The office at ShankerGarh Ki Puliya is where everything starts and ends for us each day. We aren't big on advertising. We just do our work and let that speak for itself. It’s a busy life, but we like being right in the middle of it.
