Over here at 3/2/64 A Teli Tola in Mukeritola, things stay pretty busy. This place is Swarnimaa Infratech Builders & Developers Private Limited. Niyawan is a crowded part of Faizabad, and we have been operating out of this small spot for a while. We aren't doing anything revolutionary, just building and developing what needs to be done. The streets around here are narrow, so getting trucks in and out is always a bit of a headache. You learn to work with the space you have. Our team is just a few guys who know their way around a construction site. We spend most of our time at the actual plots rather than sitting behind a desk. It’s mostly about making sure the bricks are straight and the cement is mixed right. Sometimes customers come by the office to talk about their plans, and we just sit down and figure it out on paper. We don't use big words or try to impress anyone. If a job needs doing, we find a way to finish it. The sun gets hot in Faizabad, and the work is tiring, but seeing a house finally finished makes the long hours feel okay. We don't have any grand slogans or fancy uniforms. We just build.
