Ssm Urban Unnati Nidhi Limited is right in the middle of Beniganj in Ayodhya. Our address is 5/4/39, which is easy enough to find if you are walking through the old part of town. The streets around here are always full of people, and you can hear the sounds of the city all day long. Our office is a small, functional space where we handle the financial side of things for our members. Since we are in Ayodhya, there is a lot of history all around us, but we just focus on the day-to-day tasks. We take in small savings and help people out with loans when they are in a pinch. It is all done within our group of members, very traditional and simple. The office doesn't have any high-end decor. It is just some plain walls, a few chairs for people to wait, and desks covered in files and stamps. We drink a lot of chai and talk to the locals who stop by to check on their accounts. It is not a fast-paced environment. We take our time to make sure the numbers are right and everyone understands what is happening with their money. It is just a few of us working together to keep the Nidhi running smoothly in a very busy part of Beniganj. No big corporate vibes here, just regular people doing a regular job.
