Out here in Village Dayal Pur, things move a bit slower than the city. We are Sfurti Foods And Beverages Private Limited, and our place is right near the Kanpa Post Office. It’s in the Musafirkhana Tehsil. Working in a village means you know everyone and everyone knows what you’re doing. We mostly deal with food and drink items, which keeps us busy through the seasons. The post office is a good landmark for us since people sometimes get lost looking for the exact spot. It’s a simple setup. We have the sheds and the main area where we do the processing. It gets dusty, and when it rains, the roads get a bit messy, but that’s just how it is in the countryside. We don't have any fancy signs or big glass windows. We just have our equipment and our workers from the local area. We start early in the morning when it’s still cool. By noon, it gets quite hot, so we take a break. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to make sure the food and beverages we handle are okay. It’s a lot of manual work, lifting crates and checking supplies. We stay pretty grounded. Life in Musafirkhana is mostly about the farming and small businesses like ours. We just do our part and keep the gates open for whoever needs to come in. It is just basic work at the end of the day.
