We deal with heart and nerve issues mostly, which sounds a bit complicated when you say it out loud, but it’s just our daily routine. The staff here is a small group that works together well, and we’ve gotten used to each other’s habits. We have rooms for patients to stay in and the necessary equipment for all the testing. The 4th Line is a well-known part of the neighborhood, and people know the building. We see people who are naturally worried about their health, so we try to keep the atmosphere inside steady and calm. It isn't always easy when the waiting room gets full. The building itself is sturdy and functional, with nothing that looks like a corporate lobby. We spend a lot of time checking monitors and talking to families about what’s going on.
