Meghraj Welfare Foundation

We are at H.No 53 in Paharganj, just a short walk from the Gram House. Meghraj Welfare Foundation isn't a big office or anything fancy, just a spot in Naka Faizabad where we try to get things done. The building is one of those older ones that everyone knows. Sometimes the street gets a bit crowded with people going to and from the Gram House, but that is just how it is around here. We have been here for a bit now. There is no big secret to what we do. We just look at what is happening in the neighborhood and see where we can be useful. The walls are a bit plain and we don't have a big sign out front, just the house number 53. People stop by sometimes just to talk or ask about something happening in the city. It’s a busy part of Faizabad, especially during the day. We don't have many employees, just a few of us who know the area well. It gets hot in the summer and the dust from the road comes in, but we keep the fans going. It’s just a regular place where work happens without any fuss. Most people in Paharganj know where we are if they need to drop something off. We don't spend money on fancy furniture or things like that. We just focus on the day to day. It’s local work for local people and we are happy staying right here where we started.
