You can find Laven Cera Impex Llp over at the Sat Saheb Arcade Complex on Ayodhya puri main Road. We are specifically in Shop No. 8 on the 3rd floor. It’s a bit of a climb if the lift isn’t working, but we’re used to it. The complex is usually buzzing with people going to different shops, so there is always something happening. Our space isn't huge, but it is enough for what we need to do. We focus on the ceramics side of the import-export business. Usually, our desks are covered in samples and catalogs. Since we are on the third floor, it’s a bit quieter than being right on the main road, which helps when we have to focus on the numbers. We spend most of the day talking to manufacturers or checking on shipping schedules. It is a lot of back-and-forth communication. Sometimes things get delayed at the port, and those are the days when the office gets a bit stressful. We drink a lot of chai and try to stay on top of the emails. It’s a straightforward business. We don't have a big corporate structure; it’s just us handling the day-to-day tasks. The main road outside is always crowded with traffic, so we try to get our errands done early in the morning. It’s just how things go here at the arcade. We’ve been in this shop for a while and it feels like home now.
