Lalsa Infrastructure is run by Ram Ayodhya Mahto, who is the son of Bharat Mahto. We are located in the village of Gokhula, which falls under Ebrahimpur and Baruraj in the Motipur area. It’s a very local operation. We don't have a fancy logo or a big sign out front. Most of the people around Gokhula just know where Ram Ayodhya lives, and that’s where the business happens. We do infrastructure work, which covers a lot of different things depending on what people in the Motipur area need. The village is a good place to be based because we’re close to the people we actually serve. We spend a lot of time on the dusty roads around Baruraj, checking on projects or meeting with folks. It can be hard work, especially when the summer heat is really beating down on the fields, but we’re used to it. We aren't some big city firm with a bunch of computers. We keep our records in ledgers and do most of our talking face-to-face. That's the way it's always been done around here. Bharat Mahto is a well-known name in the area, and we try to keep that good reputation going with the work we do. It’s about being reliable and showing up when we say we will. We don’t make big promises we can't keep. We just do the work, one day at a time, right here in our own community.
