You can find us over at the Sahkari Bij Godam in Bilauwa, care of Jay Nath Yadav. It’s a very local spot, right where people come for their seeds and farming supplies. Jsc Roshani Mutual Benefit Nidhi Limited started because we saw a need for people in this rural area to have a place for their money. We aren't in a shiny glass building. We are right here where the real work happens. Sometimes the smell of the grain is strong, but we don't mind. We sit at our desks and help our neighbors with their small savings. It’s a lot of manual work and checking books. We know most people by their first names. If someone’s kid is getting married or they are planning for a new tractor, they come talk to us. We don't have any slogans. We just try to be useful. It’s a quiet life in Bilauwa, and we like it that way. The office is simple, with maybe a calendar on the wall and a few pens on the desk. We keep the books updated and make sure everyone gets treated fairly. That’s how we were raised. Being near the seed godown means we are always in the loop with what’s happening in the fields. It’s a good way to stay connected to the land and the people. We just keep going, day by day.
