We are Ayodhya Realtor, and you can find our office on the third floor of the Ayodhya building at Plot No. 119 in Bajaj Nagar. It’s a decent climb up the stairs, but it’s quiet once you get there. Being in Nagpur, specifically in this 440011 area, keeps us pretty active. We spend our days looking at different sites and talking to people who are moving into the city. It isn't a huge operation, just a few of us working from this floor. We have some old desks and a lot of paper everywhere because we still like to write things down. Bajaj Nagar is a good spot to be in, and we’ve seen it grow a lot over the last few years. We don't really have a big sales pitch or anything. We just tell people what we know about the local plots and houses. Most of the folks who come to see us are neighbors or people who heard about us from a friend. We try to keep things simple and easy to understand. Sometimes we’re out on the field and the office is empty, but someone is usually back by the late afternoon. It’s a small-town feel even though we’re in Nagpur. We just handle the real estate side of things for people who don't want to deal with the big, expensive firms.
