Awadhcity Developers Private Limited is based in the Makkhapur area of Darshan Nagar, right in the heart of Ayodhya. We work out of Sunil Verma’s place, which serves as our main office. Ayodhya is a very unique place to live and work, especially with all the changes and growth happening around here these days. We are a small group of local developers and we mostly focus on projects right here in our own town. It is not a big corporate operation at all. It is more like a small family business where everyone knows each other and we all pitch in. We spend our days looking at different plots of land, talking to people about what they want to build, and trying to handle all the local rules and paperwork. It can be a very slow process sometimes, but that is just how development work goes. We do not have a flashy office or any professional salespeople. We mostly just talk to people one-on-one and try to see how we can help them with their building plans. Being located in Darshan Nagar means we are always close to the sites and the people we are working for. We have seen this area change a lot over the years and we try to keep up with everything. It is honest work that requires a lot of patience. We just take each day as it comes.
