Arth Spices

Arth Spices is based in Ramganj Village, and our office is just down the road from the local police station. We’re in the Bhadar Block area, right off the Faizabad Road. It’s a typical village setting where everyone knows what’s going on. The building we use is functional and simple, without any extra frills. We spend our days dealing with different spices, sorting them out and getting them ready for whoever needs them. The post office is nearby too, so we’re always over there dropping things off or picking up mail. Working on Faizabad Road means we see a lot of people traveling between towns, but our focus is mostly on the work inside the four walls. It’s not a high-pressure environment, but it is steady work. We have a small group of workers who have been with us for a while. We don't have any big corporate goals or fancy slogans. We just show up in the morning, open the shutters, and start the day’s tasks. The shop can get a bit cluttered when a new shipment arrives, and it takes us a day or two to get everything tucked away in the right corners. It’s an honest way to make a living in this part of the block, and we’re quite content with how things are going without needing to be anything more than a local spice business. We just do the work and go home.
