Saudi Oger Company Ltd

Down in Sihuli Dargah, near Rafiganj, things move at a bit of a different pace than the big cities. Saudi Oger Company Ltd is based out of this village in the Aurangabad district of Bihar. It is a quiet spot, really. Most of us grew up around here or in the nearby towns, so we know the people and how things work in this part of the country. The office isn't much to look at from the outside, just a regular building in the village area. We get the mail at the local post office and mostly deal with people from the surrounding districts. It can be a challenge with the electricity or the roads sometimes, but we’ve learned to deal with those things over the years. We aren't trying to be some giant international corporation. We are just a local operation with a name that maybe sounds bigger than we are. Our day starts early, and we usually wrap up when the sun goes down. There isn’t a lot of fuss. We talk about the work, handle the files, and talk to whoever stops by. Rafiganj is a small place where news travels fast, so we just try to stay consistent. We don’t have any big mission statements written on the walls. We just come in, do what is required, and go home to our families. It is a simple life and a simple business, and that is exactly how we like it.
