Youth Alliance Foundation

Our office is located at Hno6, CTS No 192/4, which is right near Mayurpark in Aurangabad. It is a simple house-based setup that fits in with the rest of the neighborhood. Youth Alliance Foundation operates out of this space, and it definitely feels like a local operation. We do not have a big lobby or a receptionist greeting people at the door. Usually, whoever is closest to the entrance just lets you in. The area around Mayurpark is usually quite lively, and we are just a small part of that daily buzz. Inside, the furniture is a bit mismatched and we have a habit of leaving the windows open to catch whatever breeze we can get. The floor is tiled and easy to clean, which is good because people are always coming and going. We have a small area where we keep our files and a few computers that have seen better days. It is the kind of place where you can hear the birds outside and the occasional scooter passing by on the street. We do not put much stock in looking professional in the traditional sense. We just want a place where we can sit down and get our tasks sorted without too much fuss. It is a honest, straightforward space and that is exactly how we like to keep things. Most of the time, the atmosphere is pretty relaxed and we just handle things as they come.
