Youngsters Voice Foundation

Our space is located at RX 4/10 in Bajaj Nagar, specifically BN 4, which is part of the Waluj MIDC area in Aurangabad. If you know Waluj, you know it’s mostly factories and industrial blocks. Youngsters Voice Foundation is based right in the middle of all that. The PIN code is 431136 if you’re looking us up on a map. It’s a practical location for what we do. The office is tucked away in one of the blocks and it’s pretty quiet inside compared to the main road traffic. We have some desks, a few fans that hum a bit too loud, and plenty of paperwork. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but it works for us. Working in an MIDC area means there are lots of people around during shift changes. We see the workers heading to the big plants nearby every morning and evening. There is a small shop nearby where we grab snacks or a quick tea when things get slow. We aren't trying to be some high-end organization; we just handle the day-to-day tasks from this little spot in Aurangabad. People sometimes struggle to find the exact block number because the signs aren't great, but once you’re here, it’s easy enough. It feels like a real workplace, messy at times but functional. We like being part of the Bajaj Nagar community because everything you need is just a short walk away.
