Out here in the Midc Area of Chikalthana, things move at a different pace. Our spot is at Plot No. 23 Rajendra Nagar, which is right in the heart of the industrial section of Aurangabad. You can hear the hum of machinery from the neighboring units all day long. It is a bit of a dusty area near Naregao, but that is what you expect from a manufacturing zone. We have been working out of this building for a long time. The gates are usually open early in the morning before the sun gets too high. Inside, it is all about the work. We don’t have a fancy lobby with plants. Instead, we have worktables and heavy equipment. The staff knows exactly where everything is, even if it looks a bit cluttered to an outsider. We eat our lunch together in the small break area near the back. It is a no-nonsense environment. Most of us have lived in Aurangabad our whole lives, so we are used to the rhythm of the city. The commute can be a bit long depending on the traffic near the station, but we make it work. Every day we come in, check the orders, and get started. It is honest work and we don't try to make it sound like anything else. The floor is stained with oil and use, which shows how much we actually do here. It is just our daily life at Yog Industries Ltd.
