B 4 Midc Waluj is where you can find us, right near the Bkt Company. If you’ve ever been to this part of Aurangabad, you know it’s all about metal and manufacturing. Our place is full of press machines that make a lot of noise every time they hit the metal. It’s a heavy environment. There is a lot of iron dust in the air and the floor is always a bit slippery with oil. We wear heavy boots and keep our sleeves rolled up. Yeshshree isn't a place for people who mind getting a bit of grease on their clothes. We have these large bins filled with scrap metal that get hauled away every week. The yard outside is usually cluttered with raw materials waiting to be processed. We don't have any fancy art on the walls or a lounge for guests. There’s just a small cabin where we handle the paperwork and drink our tea. The heat from the machines makes it pretty warm inside, even when it’s raining outside. We focus on getting the dimensions right. If a part is off by a millimeter, we have to start over. It’s tedious but that’s the job. Most of us have been doing this for years, so we don't really think about it much. It’s just the daily routine at Waluj. We just make sure the machines are oiled and the orders are ready.
