Our office is situated at the place of Shri Waman Dagadu in Jarandi. This is in the Soyegaon taluka, which is part of the Aurangabad district. It is a rural setting, and we operate out of a local residence. This makes us very much a part of the local community in Jarandi. We don't have a big office building with a lobby. Instead, we have a couple of rooms where we keep our books and meet with folks. Being in Soyegaon means we see a lot of the same faces, which is nice. We get our work started early in the day when it is still cool outside. The office is basic, with just the essential furniture and equipment. We spend our time managing the daily tasks that come with being a Nidhi limited company. It involves a lot of record-keeping and talking to the people from the village. We don't try to impress anyone with big talk or fancy brochures. We just do what we are supposed to do. The atmosphere is informal and relaxed, which suits the way people live around here. We are glad to be located at Waman Dagadu's place because it is a known spot in the area. It is just a normal, hardworking environment where we focus on the practical side of things every day. We just stay busy with our ledger entries.
