We are based in the MIDC area of Waluj in Aurangabad. Our unit is B-82. If you know Waluj, you know it is full of factories and workshops of all sizes. We have our own small space among them. The dust from the road often settles on the windows, so we have to clean them quite often to see outside. We do a lot of basic industrial work here. It is mostly about getting the orders out and making sure the machines are oiled and working properly. We don't have a fancy reception area. If someone comes to see us, they usually just walk straight into the workspace and find us. It can be quite loud when the nearby units are running their heavy machinery at the same time as us. We take a break for lunch around one o'clock. There is a small canteen nearby where we get tea twice a day. The power supply in Waluj is generally okay, but we have had some outages lately that slow us down. We just keep our heads down and do the work that is in front of us. My brother helps me manage the logs and the staff. We have about five or six people working here most days. It is a regular job and we like the routine of it. The winters here are quite nice, but the summers are very dry and dusty. We have been at this location for a long time and don't plan on moving. It's our place and we're used to the noise.
