Vst Buildcon Private Limited has an office right across from Little Flower High School in Aurangabad. We are in the Milind Chowk area, near the Cantonment. It is a nice part of the city to work in, and it feels a bit more organized than the crowded market areas. We have been working on various building and construction projects for several years. The office isn't very big, but it is where all our planning and meetings happen. We have a few desks and a large table where we can spread out the drawings. Most of our day is spent on the phone with contractors and making sure that things like steel and sand are delivered on time. It is a lot of coordination work. We don't have a complicated corporate structure; it is just us doing the daily tasks. Sometimes we hear the school bell from across the road, which reminds us of the time. We like being part of this local neighborhood. Building things is a slow process that requires a lot of patience and dealing with the local authorities for permits, which can be a bit of a headache. But seeing a project finally get finished is a good feeling for us. We don't try to sound more important than we are. We are just local builders who know the area and know how to get the job done. It is hard work and we take it one step at a time.
