We’re located out in Devgiri Valley, in the Mitmita area of Aurangabad. Our place is Row House B-017. It’s a bit quieter out here than in the center of the city, which we actually prefer. We started Viento Food And Beverages because we wanted to have our own thing going. It’s not a massive factory; it’s more of a home-based setup that grew a little bit over time. We use the space we have to manage our food and drink products. There are boxes in the hallway sometimes and the kitchen area is always busy. We don’t have a staff of fifty people. It’s just a few of us, mostly family and a couple of friends who help out when things get busy. We do everything ourselves, from the heavy lifting of the crates to the boring paperwork. Sometimes we get a bit behind on things when the weather is bad or someone gets sick, but we always catch up eventually. We don’t bother with fancy mission statements or anything like that. We just try to make good products that we’d be happy to use ourselves. The view of the hills around here is nice when we step outside for a quick break. We’re just regular people trying to build something slowly and carefully. It’s not always easy, and we make mistakes, but we just keep going. It’s our little corner of the world and we are proud of it.
