Varroc Polymers pvt. Ltd

Our site is over at E-4 in the MIDC industrial area of Waluj. It’s in the Aurangabad district, out where all the big plants are. We work with polymers at Varroc Polymers pvt. Ltd. The facility is quite large because we need the space for the materials and the molding. It’s a hot environment, especially near the machines. We wear our gear and just get on with it. There’s a lot of coming and going with trucks at the loading bay. Waluj is a long way from the city center, so it’s mostly just industrial stuff around us. We have shifts running to keep up with the demand. It’s not a fancy office job. It’s dusty and noisy, and we go home tired. We’ve been at this spot for a long time. People around here know the name because we’ve been part of the landscape. We don't bother with polished brochures. The products we make speak for themselves. We just focus on the machines and the output. Sometimes things break down and we have to fix them fast. It’s just the nature of the polymer business. We stay focused on the day's targets. It’s a simple, hardworking atmosphere here at E-4. Waluj is a tough place to work in during the peak of summer. But we have our routine down. The polymer smell is something you just get used to after a week or so of working here.
