Varroc Engneering Pvt. Ltd is based at units G-21 and 22 in the 5 Star MI, DC Shendra area. This is a big industrial zone outside the main city, so it feels very quiet in terms of people walking around, but it is very loud with the sounds of production. Our facility is a large space where we handle different engineering tasks and manufacturing processes. There are big trucks coming in and out of the gates all day long to deliver raw materials or take away finished parts. Inside the building, there is a lot of heavy machinery and the air can get quite warm when everything is running at full capacity. We have a lot of workers who come in on shifts, so the place never really stops moving. The canteen is a basic room where we all gather for a quick lunch or some tea during the breaks. It is not a place for visitors to come and sit around; it is a serious work environment where everyone has a specific job to do. We don't have any fancy mission statements on the walls or corporate posters. We just have our production targets and the schedules we need to follow. The roads in Shendra are wide but they get very dusty, so we are always cleaning the equipment to keep it running properly. It is just a large-scale engineering operation where we focus on the work and nothing else.
