Value Bake Llp

Our bakery is located at N-11 in the CIDCO area of Aurangabad. It is plot number 36. We have been working here at Value Bake Llp for a good while now. The work day starts very early for us, usually while most of the city is still sleeping in their beds. The ovens take a long time to heat up properly, and that is when we start mixing the large batches of dough. It is a lot of physical work, kneading the bread and lifting heavy bags of flour all morning. The shop gets really warm once the baking starts, which is nice in the winter but gets pretty tough during the hot Aurangabad summers. We sell mostly to the people who live in the local neighborhood. Families come in for their fresh morning bread or a small snack in the afternoon. We do not have a team of fancy trained chefs, just some local folks who know how to bake decent bread. The floor is usually covered in a thin layer of flour by noon. We try to keep things simple and not overcomplicate the things we make. Sometimes a batch of cookies does not come out quite right, and we just have to start all over again. That is the reality of running a small bakery. We like being part of the CIDCO community because it is a busy place with good people.
