You can find Ultra Beauty Care Private Limited at Plot No. C-15 in the Five Star Industrial Area of Shendra. We are out in the MIDC section where there is a lot of space and big buildings. Even though the name sounds fancy, we are actually quite grounded in how we run things. Our facility is where the heavy lifting happens. We have a lot of equipment to manage and a schedule that keeps us moving from early morning. It’s a professional environment but it feels like a community because we see the same faces every day. We don’t go for big advertising campaigns or anything. Most of our work is about maintaining the standards needed for beauty products. The floors are kept clean and the machines stay busy. We have a small office area where the paperwork gets done, though most of the action is on the floor. It can be a bit of a drive to get out here to Shendra, but the quiet of the industrial area is good for focusing. We aren’t interested in sounding corporate; we just care about the items we produce. Everyone knows their job and we get along well. Sometimes things get a bit hectic when a big shipment is due, but we manage. It’s just how it goes in this industry. We are proud of the space we have built here without needing to brag about it. It's just us doing the daily work.
