Tushar Salunke

Living and working in Jalna has its own rhythm. My setup is based out of Salunke Niwas, which is my home too. It is located in Kanhayya Nagar, right along the Devalgaonraja Road. It is a pretty active road, so there is always some noise of traffic or people passing by heading toward the main market area. I started this because I wanted to do something of my own without moving to a big city like Pune or Mumbai. Staying here in Jalna feels right. The office is basically a front room that I converted so I can handle the daily tasks without a long commute. It is nothing fancy, just some sturdy furniture and my computer. My neighbors often drop by to say hello or ask about the family. Since it is a small town vibe, everyone knows where Salunke Niwas is located. I spend most of my afternoons here handling paperwork and talking to people who need help with various things. It is a simple life, really. I do not have a big team or anything, just me making sure things get done properly for the folks who come through the door. Sometimes the electricity goes out for an hour, and I just take a break on the porch. That is just how it goes here. It is honest work and it keeps me busy enough. I like that people can just find me at home if they need anything.
