You see the same neighbors every day and the local shops are just a short walk away. Inside the office, we keep things pretty casual. There isn't a dress code or anything like that. We are mostly focused on the technical side of what we do. The rooms are filled with the usual office supplies and whatever projects we are currently working on. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped, but we make it work. The Maharashtra weather stays fairly consistent, so we know when to expect the rain or the heat. We don't spend money on fancy signs or expensive office upgrades. We prefer to just keep things as they are. It’s a humble setup, but it serves us well. Most of the people who know about us are just folks from the area or people we’ve dealt with for years. We just keep doing our thing.
