We set up our business at Plot No. 73 in Prnawmahajan Colony. It’s a local spot where we handle all our construction work. Being a partnership between Tupe and Patil, we share the load. Construction is hard work and usually quite messy. You won't find us in suits very often. We are usually in our work gear, dealing with cement, bricks, and labor schedules. The office in the colony is where we plan out the next steps for whatever we are building. It’s a small place, mostly filled with blueprints and some samples of tiles or paint. We don't have a receptionist or a fancy waiting room. If you come by, you'll probably just find one of us on the phone or checking a list. We’ve lived in this area for a long time, so we know the local suppliers and how to get things done without too much trouble. Sometimes the weather slows us down, especially during the monsoons, but we always get back to it. It’s a basic operation. We build things, we fix things, and we make sure the walls are straight. We don't make big promises we can't keep. We just do the work as it comes and try to stay on top of the costs. If you need to find us, just look for the sign at Plot 73.
