Our company is Tritatwa Farmer Producer Company Limited. We are located at 193 Mahalgaon in the Vaijapur area of Aurangabad. Mahalgaon is a quiet place, and most of us have lived here our whole lives. We are all farmers who decided to join up and form this company. It’s not like those big companies you see in the city. We don’t have any fancy suits or big meetings. We just meet at the office in the village and talk about what needs to be done. The land here in Aurangabad is what we know best. We spend most of our time outside, so the office is mostly for keeping the books in order. It’s a simple setup. We don’t have any marketing people or anyone like that. We just write things down as they are. Farming is a tough job, and it’s even tougher if you do it by yourself. That’s why we started this. We help each other with the harvest and the selling.
