We are set up right across from the bus stand in Shekta, located at House Number 120 on the main Jalna-Aurangabad road. Being on such a busy route means there is always a lot of noise and dust from the passing traffic, but we are easy to find. We handle the small savings and money matters for the local people living around here. It is not a fancy corporate office, just a simple room with a few desks where we sit and do our work. People often just wander in after getting off the bus to check on their accounts or drop off some cash. We have been part of this village for a while now and we know most of the faces that come through the door. Usually, it is pretty quiet during the hot afternoons, but it gets busy on market days. We try to keep things as simple as possible for our members without using too many long forms or complicated rules. It is mostly just neighbors helping neighbors out with their financial needs. You will usually find us here during the day, drinking tea and keeping the ledger books updated. There is no need for any formal appointments if you want to talk to us. We are just local folks doing our bit for the community on this busy stretch of road.
