SWARAJYASPURTI URBAN NIDHI LIMITED

Swarajyaspurti Urban Nidhi Limited is based out of House Number 5 in Chaudhari Colony. We are located in the Chikalthana area of Aurangabad, near Survey Number 728. It is a relatively quiet residential colony, which makes for a peaceful place to work most of the time. We aren’t in a big commercial building or a shopping mall. It’s just a regular house that serves as our office. People sometimes have a little trouble finding the exact house number, but once they see the colony sign, it gets easier. The pin code here is 431001. Our setup is very basic, with just enough room for our files and a couple of desks. We don’t have a corporate style or any of those polished procedures. We just do the work that needs doing. Aurangabad is a city with a lot of history, but Chikalthana feels more like its own small town sometimes. We know most of the people who live nearby. On a typical day, we are just sitting at our desks handling the accounts and talking to anyone who drops by. It is an honest and straightforward way to run things. We don't try to make it look like something it isn't. It’s just us working in a colony house, trying to keep our records straight and help out the local folks.
