Swarajya Trading Company

Swarajya Trading Company is located in the Jeewan Prakash building, which is right in the Shri Krushna Peth area. We are very close to Dafarim Hospital, so there are always people and ambulances moving around nearby. Our business is mostly about trading different goods, which means our space is usually full of boxes and crates waiting to be moved. It’s not a showroom or anything like that; it’s more of a functional office and storage area. We have a few heavy wooden desks where we keep our ledgers and do the billing. The building itself is an older one, so it has that solid, lived-in feel to it. In the mornings, we spend time checking the stock and seeing what needs to be sent out to our customers. Shri Krushna Peth is a bit of a maze if you aren't used to it, but once you find the hospital, we are right there. We don't really do much in the way of marketing. Most of our work comes from people we’ve known for years in the local trading circles. It’s a steady pace of work. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just trying to do our job correctly and keep things moving. Sometimes the deliveries are late or the weather makes things difficult, but that’s just part of the trading life. We stay open until the evening, usually closing up once the main rush of the day has settled down.
