We run suyash metatech pvt ltd from a workshop that’s usually pretty loud. There’s always the sound of metal being cut or machines humming in the background. We work with different types of metal parts, mostly for other businesses that need specific components. It’s oily and a bit dark in some corners, but we know where everything is. We don’t have a receptionist or a lobby. If someone comes by, they usually just walk in and find one of us near the lathes. We aren’t really into the whole corporate culture thing. We just focus on getting the dimensions right so the parts fit where they’re supposed to go. It takes a lot of patience to get things dialed in correctly. Sometimes a machine breaks down and we spend the whole afternoon covered in grease trying to fix it. That’s just part of the deal when you work with hardware. We’ve had the same crew for a while now, and we all know how each other works. It’s a good group of guys. We don’t have a fancy website with stock photos of people in hard hats smiling. We just have our machines and a lot of scrap metal. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. Sunday is for resting the ears and spending time with the family. We aren't looking to expand into some giant factory, we just like how things are right now in the shop.
