We’re located out at Gut No-57 in Farola, which is a bit of a drive down Paithan Road if you’re coming from the main city. The area is mostly open land and other industrial sheds, so it feels a bit isolated compared to the downtown markets. At Su-Tech Engineers Pvt. Ltd., we start our day early before the sun gets too high. The commute out here can be a bit bumpy because the road isn't always in the best shape, especially after the rains. Inside the unit, it’s mostly the hum of the machines and the guys talking over the noise. We handle a lot of technical fabrication and engineering work that requires a bit of focus, so it’s not the kind of place where people just wander in to chat. Our office is just a small partitioned space at the front where we keep the blueprints and the computer. It stays relatively cool in there, which is a relief. We usually have our lunch together in the shade of the mango tree just outside the main gate. It gives us a chance to stretch our legs before heading back to the grinders and the welding stations. By the time five o'clock comes, we’re usually packing up the finished parts to be sent out the next morning. It’s quiet work, and we like that we have enough space out here to get things done properly without being cramped by the city crowd.
