Surabhi Gents Beauty Parlour

If you’ve ever been near the bus stand on Nabi Nagar Road in Amba, you’ve probably seen Surabhi Gents Beauty Parlour. We are right there in Aurangabad-Bihar - 824111. It’s a dusty spot sometimes because of all the buses and traffic moving through the area. But we’ve been here for a long time. It’s a small shop, mostly for the men who live around Amba or the guys passing through on their way somewhere else. We offer basic haircuts and shaves. Nothing too complicated. Most of our customers aren’t looking for anything stylish from a magazine. They just want to look decent for work or for a wedding. The shop has a few old chairs and some mirrors that have seen better days, but they do the job. We keep the radio on most of the time to catch the news or some music. It helps pass the time when things are slow in the afternoon. When the bus stand is busy, we get a lot of walk-ins. It’s a simple life here. We know the shopkeepers nearby and we all help each other out. We don’t have a big staff, just me and another fellow sometimes. We just try to keep the scissors sharp and the place swept. It’s just an ordinary gents parlour in a busy part of town. We’re glad to be part of the Amba community and serving the local men.
