Sun Abrasives Company Limited

Our workplace is at W- 87 in the MIDC area of Chikalthana. It’s a pretty standard industrial plot where we spend our days dealing with various materials. The sounds of the machines from the neighboring units are something you just get used to after a while. We don't have much of a front office; it's mostly just the work floor and a small corner for the paperwork. We deal with a lot of grit and dust, which is just part of the job when you work with abrasives. Everyone here knows what they’re doing, so we don't need to talk too much to get the work finished. We start early when the air is still a bit cool. By midday, it gets quite hot under the metal roof, but we have some fans going to keep the air moving. We’ve got a small area where we keep our tools and another for the finished products waiting to be picked up. It's not a glamorous place, but it's where we get things done. We see the same faces every day, from the delivery guys to the folks working in the units down the road. We just try to stay on top of the schedule. Sometimes a shipment is late, and we have to adjust, but that's just life here. We take pride in just doing the work correctly and keeping the place running without too many hiccups. We try to wrap everything up by five so everyone can get home.
