Sumadhur Kirana

Sumadhur Kirana is located over on Old Mondha Road, right near Mama Chowk in Jalna. If you are looking for us, we are quite close to the HDFC Bank branch there. This part of Jalna is always bustling with trucks and people buying things in bulk. We sell groceries and household items, mostly in larger quantities but we do retail too. The store has been here for years, and the walls are a bit faded from the sun. We keep huge sacks of rice and wheat stacked up against the back wall. It gets quite dusty because of all the traffic on the road outside. We don't have air conditioning, just a couple of ceiling fans that hum all day long. My family runs the place, and we know most of our regular customers by name. Sometimes the delivery guys are late and we have to shuffle things around to make space. We don't use a lot of technology here, just a simple calculator and our notebooks to keep track of sales. It’s a very traditional way of doing business. You come in, tell us what you need, and we pack it up for you. There’s no music playing or fancy lights. It’s just a place to buy your food supplies. We focus on having what people need when they need it. It’s hard work, but it’s what we know after all these years in the market.
