Sonal Agencies is situated over at Kumdhar Wada Corner in Aurangpura. If you know where Mahaveer Provision is, then you already know where we are because we are basically right there with them. It’s a lively part of the neighborhood. There is always something going on outside our door. We’ve been operating from this spot for a good while now and we don't plan on moving. The space isn't huge but it fits what we need to do. Most days start pretty early for us. We get the shutters up and start sorting through what needs to be done. It’s a lot of manual work and keeping track of things. Sometimes the traffic at the corner gets backed up and you can hear the horns honking all afternoon. It’s just part of being in this area. We have a few desks and some shelves piled high with papers and supplies. It might look a bit messy to an outsider but we know where everything is. We don't really do the whole corporate thing with fancy uniforms or big meetings. We just talk to each other and get the tasks finished. If a customer walks in, we just talk to them like normal people. There isn't any script we follow. We just try to be helpful and get them what they need so they can get on with their day. It’s a straightforward life here at the agency. We like the local feel of Aurangpura and being part of the daily grind.
