We are over at Plot No - A - 1/1 in the Five Star Industrial Area in Shendra. It is a big space here in the MIDC part of town and honestly, it gets pretty busy when the shifts change and everyone is coming and going. Most of the folks who work here have been around for a long time now. We spend our days dealing with the assembly lines and making sure the parts are moving like they should. It is a lot of metal and noise, but you get used to it after a while. The Shendra area has grown quite a bit since we first set up shop here. Some days the dust from the industrial zone gets inside the office, so we are always cleaning up. We don't really do much fancy stuff, just keep the machines running and the production moving along. People usually find us by the big gates off the main road. It's a straightforward operation where we focus on the task at hand. Sometimes the heat in the afternoon makes the workshop floor a bit tough, but the tea breaks help everyone stay focused. We have a lot of different people from the surrounding villages coming in to work every day. It’s just how things go here at the plant. We don't have time for long meetings or anything like that. Just work that needs doing.
