We are located at Plot No. 1 in Kailash Tower, over in Sojany Nagar. If you know the road from Amarpreet to Kalda Corner, we are right near the ISB point. It’s a good location because it’s easy for people to find us. We aren't a big factory; we operate out of this tower and handle various business needs. The office is a bit lived-in, with papers and samples scattered around. We don't really believe in those sterile, empty desks you see in movies. We are usually busy talking to people or checking on orders. It’s a small team, so we all end up doing a bit of everything. One minute we might be doing paperwork, and the next we are checking a delivery. Being near such a well-known point like Kalda Corner means we see a lot of people passing by. We don't do much in the way of advertising. Usually, someone just hears about us from a friend and drops in. We like to keep the conversation simple. No big business jargon or complicated terms. We just find out what you need and see if we can help. It’s a very local way of doing things. We’ve been around this area long enough to know how things work. There’s no need to make it sound more important than it is. We just run our enterprise and try to keep things moving along smoothly every day.
