Simran Ice Cream

Simran Ice Cream is our little shop over in Cidco Colony. We are right by the Garden Circle, which is a nice area where people like to walk around. There is a Vodafone Store nearby too, so that helps people find us. It’s a quiet enough spot compared to the main market but we get plenty of visitors. We started this because we live nearby in Aurangabad and wanted to have a business here. It’s mostly families from the colony who come in after dinner. The kids like to run around the circle and then come for a treat. We don't have fancy uniforms or corporate rules, we just serve ice cream and talk to whoever comes in. Sometimes the garden gets crowded on Sundays and we have to work a bit faster. It’s just a normal part of life in the Taluka. The shop is small and we keep our stuff in a few big freezers. We don't do much advertising because people see us when they go to the garden or the phone store. It is just me and some family members helping out. We like being in Cidco Colony because the people are friendly. It's not a complicated business. We just make sure there is enough ice cream for the day and keep the place tidy. If you are near the Garden Circle you will probably see our sign. It has been a good few years since we opened up here.
