Simar Landmark Llp is situated in the CIDCO area, near the Punjab National Bank at Plot No. 318, N3. It’s a pretty easy place to find. We deal with landmarks and land development in this region. Our office is usually a bit of a mess with papers, site maps, and rulers everywhere. We spend most of our time trying to balance the office work with the actual site visits. It feels like there is never enough time in the day to get everything finished. We aren't a massive corporation with a huge budget for fancy things. We just have our office and our team. Most of us have been working together for years, so we know how to handle each other's moods. The area around the bank is always busy, so there is plenty of activity to watch from the window. We get a lot of walk-ins asking about prices or just wondering what is being built next. We try to give them the straight story without any fluff. Building something from the ground up is a slow process and we don't like to rush it if it means making mistakes. Sometimes we have to deal with delays because of the weather or labor issues, but we just keep pushing through. It’s honest work and it keeps us on our toes every single day.
