We are out here at E-76 in MIDC Waluj. It's an industrial zone so it's always busy with trucks and people. Our work is engineering. Mostly it's just a lot of technical stuff and machines running all day. It gets really hot in the summer but we keep at it. The spot is pretty easy to find if you know the area. For many years, we've been in Waluj. Most of the guys living around here work in one of these units. It’s not fancy, just a big workshop with plenty of gear and heavy tools. We handle electrical components and heavy systems. Sometimes the power goes out but that’s just how it is in the MIDC. A gate stays open for deliveries. The office is right at the front but most of the action happens in the back where the manufacturing is. There is a lot of metal and wires. People come and go constantly. We try to keep things organized but with this much equipment it’s a constant job. If you walk past you’ll hear the hum of the factory. It’s been our home base for a long time. Our focus is getting the orders out on time and keeping the machines maintained. It's a solid place to work. Neighbors are well-known to us. Waluj is a tough place but we like it here. It’s honest work. The tea stall outside our gate is where most of us meet in the mornings before the shift starts.
