Shri Vighnaharta Agrotech Llp

You can find us over at Plot No B 19 in the MIDC Shendra area of Aurangabad. Shri Vighnaharta Agrotech Llp is located in an industrial zone, so it feels a bit different than the rural farms we work with. There are big factories and warehouses all around us, and the roads are always full of heavy trucks and workers in high-visibility vests. Our plot is not the biggest one in Shendra, but it is enough for what we do. We bridge the gap between the technology side and the actual farming. The office is a bit dusty because of the construction nearby, but we keep it functional. We have a few computers and some desks where we handle the technical side of the agrotech business. It is a bit of a commute for some of us coming from the city, but being in the MIDC helps with logistics. We do not have any big corporate mission statements on the walls. Mostly, there are just maps and technical drawings. We work long hours, and the atmosphere is pretty informal. You will see us in jeans and boots most of the time. We are just a small team trying to figure out better ways to use technology in the fields. It is a lot of trial and error, but we like the challenge of working in this industrial environment while staying connected to the farming roots.
